2020年4月,我們(men)印發通知(zhi),部(bu)署實施重(zhong)點(dian)聯系零售企(qi)(qi)(qi)業調整工作(zuo)(zuo),明確(que)了(le)各(ge)地(di)推(tui)薦企(qi)(qi)(qi)業應(ying)符(fu)合的基(ji)本(ben)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)和(he)(he)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)要求(qiu)。截至2020年11月末,各(ge)省(市(shi)、自治區)和(he)(he)計劃單(dan)列(lie)市(shi)商務主(zhu)管部(bu)門組織有(you)關(guan)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業完成申報、初(chu)審并(bing)上(shang)報了(le)推(tui)薦意(yi)見及名(ming)單(dan)。我們(men)以企(qi)(qi)(qi)業申報、地(di)方(fang)推(tui)薦材料(liao)為(wei)基(ji)礎(chu),對照文件(jian)(jian)明確(que)的基(ji)本(ben)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)和(he)(he)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)要求(qiu),統籌(chou)考慮(lv)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業規(gui)模、影(ying)響力、競爭力等因素,并(bing)廣泛(fan)征(zheng)求(qiu)了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)商業聯合會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國(guo)連鎖經(jing)營協會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國(guo)百貨商業協會(hui)(hui)等有(you)關(guan)協會(hui)(hui)的意(yi)見,經(jing)公示(shi)后,確(que)定(ding)111家企(qi)(qi)(qi)業作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)商務部(bu)重(zhong)點(dian)聯系零售企(qi)(qi)(qi)業。這些企(qi)(qi)(qi)業分布在31個省(自治區、直轄市(shi))和(he)(he)計劃單(dan)列(lie)市(shi),覆蓋區域較廣;分屬(shu)百貨店(dian)(dian)(dian)、超(chao)市(shi)、購(gou)物中(zhong)心(xin)、便利店(dian)(dian)(dian)、專(zhuan)業店(dian)(dian)(dian)、專(zhuan)賣店(dian)(dian)(dian)、折扣店(dian)(dian)(dian)等零售業各(ge)業態(tai),業態(tai)涵(han)蓋面較全(quan),規(gui)模影(ying)響較大(da)、綜合實力較強,具有(you)示(shi)范(fan)引領作(zuo)(zuo)用。
